Mediation is a confidential process that empowers the people involved with an opportunity to decide the outcome of their dispute. In mediation, the mediator is a neutral party who facilitates communication for people in a dispute. The mediator will listen to each person, ask questions, and gather the information that is helpful to move towards resolution. The goal of mediation is a written settlement agreement.
Mediation will save you a lot of time, stress, and money. Litigation can cost thousands in fees and drag on for years, depriving you of your time. Mediation is a voluntary process and is your opportunity to have input in the resolution of your case.
We love to mediate and we will mediate a variety of cases whether it is through the legal system, pre-suit, a workplace conflict, or an informal agreement used to enhance a relationship. We are Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediators engaging in the following areas of mediation:
Circuit Civil: commercial transactions, real estate, land use matters, foreclosures, and personal injury.
Small Claims/County: landlord-tenant disputes, neighborhood conflict, debt settlement, and commercial transactions.
Family: estate matters, divorce, paternity, and parenting plans.
Work Place Conflict: a mediator can work with your team in a way that is neutral, non-threatening, guiding your staff through the mediation process, addressing their differences, resulting in an agreement for team members to work together.
All mediations start at $250 per hour, split evenly between the parties.
