Kristen Norman is the Owner of Key West Mediators, starting this practice in 2017 focusing on mediation, coaching, and organizational training.  Kristen Norman spends most of her time over the last few years as an insightful leadership coach specializing in helping individuals cultivate the relevant and practical skills they need to propel forward. Her coaching approaches have been shaped through her education, an MS in Conflict Resolution and Negotiation, as well as her experiences in asset
management/HR business partner, training from the Mindfulness Coaching School, and mediation. 

Prior to starting her own business, she gained valuable insight working as a paralegal for a small firm assisting directly with litigation preparation, real estate matters, estate planning, and extensive legal research. She later built upon these skills as an asset manager and HR business partner for New Moon Management Group, Inc., which is a privately held real estate management firm managing the corporation's diverse portfolio, including, multi-family properties, storage facilities, real estate partnerships, and mobile home parks.

Her experience in asset management and legal studies lead her to pursue formal certification to mediate
sophisticated negotiations. She is certified by the Florida Supreme Court to mediate circuit,
family, and county cases, she is also contracted by the Florida Department of Financial Services
to mediate cases.
